A WORK IN PROGRESS 2 years later

I have only 8 more pounds to go from dr. goal but my 20 more that will put me where i want to be.

185 pounds gone yes..... still have 20 more until my goal. (but 10 more for dr. goal). This has been a long and hard road now I am at a stand still have not lost a pound or gained in 2wks.

Went to the Doctor to day everythings going fine not much of a weight lost to report been at a stall 168 lost need 27 more to be at my goal, not my personal goal 150, need to do more protein and exercise.

To day I went to the Doctor and I have good news I have lost 168pds.  I am so happy..... I don't remember when or if I have been under 200pds I don't know what to do.....(so happy) just wait until next visit to see what happens.27pds until  Dr. goal but not my goal.

I am now 9 mths out and i have lost 154pds, it feels good, but I still have 42 more to go. I am so happy now i look at my old pictures and I can not believe that i was that big. I am glad that i did what i did.

Today I  am so happy i have lost 132 pounds and I feel so much better.
I will try to get some pictures for you all to see. It is going well just need to exercise a little more, talk to you all later.
