April 9, 2005 Home from the hospital! :-) Surgery went really well on Wednesday, and I was feeling pretty good on Thursday, perhaps due to the morphine drip. Friday was a not-so-great day, and Saturday I thought they weren't going to let me go home on time, but after a few tests, chest xray, EKG, blood tests, arterial blood gas (AGAIN), they sent me on my merry way. At my Dad's recuperating - can't sit up in straight-backed chair for long so this is it for now........ Overall, It went better than expected and I'm THRILLED!!!!!!! :-)
