Update, I am at 4 year anniversary of vsg Still love it. I am about 123 now and like to be at 121 but all things considered I am doing great. Dealing with dying mother now and it's hard. Went off plan some but not big time.had to make root beer floats and such to get mom to eat and yet not eat that stuff. Well I will make it just want to help my mom.
so my bmi is 21 or so. Big deal. While I have gone off plan while traveling lately it's not been terrible and I think I can make it. And if I ca, u can too
