2 months post op

hello had my two month appointment on nov 25 2009 at uc davis in sacramento.i weighted 202.8 so that was 35 pound loss,i have been stuck on 34 pounds for a week bad food choices then went to my drs app and i finally lost my 1 pound then the next day was thanksgiving lost 1 more pound to be 36 pounds yeah! i was stressing about not having lost like 50 pounds ect.by two months but my pa at ucdavis said i was right on track,because i started out at 237.5 the less you have to lose the slower it goes but you know that don't sink into my brain, but hey i woke up this morning and had a wow !!!!!!!!!! moment i broke below 200lbs i now weigh 199.5 so i did a little dance 50 pounds to go. this has been hard but when was the last time i could lose 38 pounds,my blood pressure is all messed up since the surgery,i have congested heart failure,my blood pressure always runs a little high but not bad well since i got the surgery they took me off all meds except one heart pill well i am now back on 4 again was on 9 so i hope it gets better,can't get a picture to go back on my avatar,we live in the country the computer runs so slow sucks!!! well i am trying to post more often as a journal so i can look back and say wow,i went through that and be happy to be pass that! hope all my oh friends are well happy holidays Deanna
