Deb; Congratulations on your surgery. Yes, Weightwise is a wonderful place. I also had Dr. Walton with my surgery in April. I am glad you are doing well. I don't know how close you live to Edmond, but if you haven't been coming to the support group meetings, you are missing a great meeting! They are usually the first Thursday of the month. You can check out the Weigthwise.org website for the next one. We are not having one in December, because we are doing a Holiday Party/book signing wth Chef Dave on December 14th. If you can make it, let me know and I will give you more info!
