"I have only attended one of Dr. Colquitt's siminars and stayed for the support group meeting. I was very impressed with Dr. Colquitt. I also enjoyed the support group meeting it was very helpful to actually meet the patients after the surgery. That is about all for now I will add more in the future.

Well I had my first appointment with Dr. Colquitt. I was turned down for the surgery at the present time due to everything going on with Tenncare. The only thing that I wish was that they had called me to inform me that they were not taking any Tenncare patients at this time instead of letting me drive all the way there fill out all the paperwork take and copy my insurance card just to call me back and the Dr. says he want do the surgery. I can understand the part about Tenncare and their problems. But my problem was the way they handled it. It was very embarrassing to walk out of the office and being so upset..I would rather have cried in the privacy of my own home. This is just my own personal experience I'm not making any statements about what other people may experience.

Well I have to come back and let everyone know that a very nice lady named Pam from Dr. Colquitt's office called this morning and there was a mix up on the insurance when I was at the office on 06/08/05 She said they were sorry for the problems and that were going to continue and work for my surgery. YES!!! She just made my day. There is still a possible problem with the Tenncare but I'm willing to take that chance :-)I really did like Dr.Colquitt and I would like for him to do my surgery. Pam Explained everything to me and was very nice and very understanding as to how I felt after leaving the 1st visit."
