Let the exercise begin...

Met with Neil at Pacific Nutrition & Wellness on Saturday morning and spent 30 minutes on the treadmill. I have been using my stationary bike at home for the past two weeks, but not working nearly hard enough. Tomorrow night I start Zumba! I have found 5K's on 5/22 and 5/23. Hoping to complete one, would be really happy if I can complete both.
