Well short and sweet....I am a 42 soon to be 43. I am at my highest weight ever of 298. I know there is a skinny beautiful woman inside of me just begging to come out!! Hopefully, if I follow all the steps it will be a dream come true for me. My goal is to get to a size 12/14 and under 200lbs. My journey won't begin until I am approved by my HMO. After all the profiles I have read, I am a bit nervous, but I won't know if I don't take the steps. My first step is April 10th with my PCP. Wish me luck!!
