120 lbs lost!

I had a wonderful Christmas and for the first time I wasn't desperate to start a diet for New Years. Obviously healthy eating is important but I'm 120 lbs down and feeling great. I have to work my tool, so I'm not saying I don't have to worry...its just not the samea as it was before the surgery. I love it! This year my focus will be continuing the weight loss and adding exercise more. I feel off the wagon so I need to start it up again.My son told me this morning that I look awesome and he is glad he can put his arms around me and even touch his hands...before he couldn't get his arms around me all the way. I love these non scale victories!
