I finally saw the numbers I have been waiting and working for. 199. I actaully re-weighed a couple of times just to be sure. Yep, 199. I don't look much different than 2 lbs ago but suddenly I feel skinny. It is amazing how we just so hung up on numbers. Regardless, I am pumped!!!I sound like a broken record but it bears repeating again. This WLS has saved my life! I am living and not sitting on the sidelines or couch eating and watching the world go by. I am active and enjoying life.
I hit the gym at 5:30 a.m. in the morning which in itself is a flipping miracle! I've never been a work out kind of person. Then a couple of times a week I take a serious bike ride around the lake. I love it!!!
I remember all the things I couldn't do over a year ago, tying my shoe, seeing my feet, fitting in a booth, standing for more than 5 minutes, walking up stairs, taking blood pressure meds, not being able to cross my legs, wearing a size 32/34, having a seatbelt extender in my car, being completely miserable. If you are on this board reading this, you know the drill.
I LOVE LIFE!!!!!! I LOVE MY SLEEVE!!! 151 lbs gone - woo-hoo!!!!
