WOW...5 months out...

G'morning all...I can't believe how fast the time has passed !! I was 5 months out yesterday and doing great !! Also can't believe I haven't posted anything since Sept...where does the time go ??
Anyway...I'm down 55 lbs. and have about another 30 to go, still off all medications (which is a very good thing)
I've gone from a size 22, elastic waisted jeans to a size 18 "real" Levi jeans and even they're getting to be too big...the 16 just isn't "comfortable" enough just yet though...I've also gone from a size 2X top to an XL and sometimes even a regular "L" which I find to be so awesome !!
Getting in my fluids for the day doesn't seem to be a problem BUT getting 60 grams of protein in everyday...?? Now that is sometimes a problem for me...but it's getting better
Not having the problem with swollen feet & ankles...and no longer need wide width shoes...I'm wearing a size 8 1/2 regular width and they feel great !!
Saw a guy on Friday that I use to work with...haven't seen him in probably 6 months or more...the first words outta his mouth were; "Wow...you look great".
What an awesome feeling that was !!
And the journey continues...................................
