Beautiful weather today!

I did not go for a walk yesterday however, today my Sister and I went on another walk. Roughly a 30-40 minute walk. I believe I am pushing myself a bit too hard, not really thinking about it until the pain sets in. I need to walk a bit less until next week. I feel awesome though!  On another note I am seeing Dr. G and the Nut next Tuesday, can't wait! Super excited!!!!
