Anyway I started this post, to help me realize that I need to kick it into overdrive again. I got to get back to my 4 - 5 days work out. My eating habits have got to get better. I need to lose about 10 to 12 lbs in 2 months. Why is Mardi Gras so early this year. It's Feb 5th. That don't give me awhole lot of time but I got to do it. I got to kick me back into drive again.
I am just adding this to see if I can.

Oh Oh I am getting a lil nervous. Yesterday was a horrible eat day. I went to lunch with a co-worker (and out of the mouth of Bishop Jake, BackStabbber), who knows that I am on Optifast. I had said that my lunch would be my meal of the day. Which was fried chicken. I know the skin should come off but what the heck this is one time for about a month that I been bad. I got Fried Chicken, Mac and Cheeze and CheezeCake. (I never buy the desserts because they are too expensive) Well I did and guess what, I was sick as a dog. My head was hurting and spinning and my stomach was banging. Well I guess that was my punishment. I talked to the RN who work in my dept and she said it was because my body had gotten used to not eating like that and that kind of food and was really rejecting it. I probably gained 5 of the 16 lbs I lost right back. Probably not, just tripping.
