Hi Nadine, I am Karen and I am also going to have my surgery on the 6th. I am really excited, but of course I am very nervous. My reasons for having the surgery is because I am in really bad pain. I can hardly stand for a minute or two before I have to sit. My knees and back can not take anymore. Lets keep in touch since you are not that far from me. I am in Md. also. Take care and may God Bless you.
