UPDATE......

Hi OH fam,
just wanted to update you guys on my personal wt loss.  I had cancelled my previously scheduled weigh in date d/t excessive swelling and bloating I was experiencing (hint, hint).  I wanted to wait until after all that was over to get a true weight.  So I rescheduled it for the 16th of this month.  I suddenly came down with flu like symptoms and went to see my primary for treatment.  I found out it was not the flu and also that I had lost more weight.  New weight 383 lbs.!!!  I am on my way.  Also, today I am a little bummed because my origional scheduled date was for today 10/08/2010.  I do see the light at the end of the tunnel and will just have to wait and continue to lose weight.  Feel free to comment.  Thanks for listening guys!!
