UPDATE... SUMMER

UGH! This summer has been a good and bad one.. Good because I am now as of today 25 days away from when I had my surgery last year... It will be a year on August 19th, 2015. I have lost alot of weight and it 15lbs away from 100pds lost. I went from a size 24 to a size 12 and I am so comfortable and happier than I have ever been! Exercise is a stress reliever and I enjoy it.. SEX IS AWESOME! My energy is thru the roof.. The down side.. the food, the cookouts and the alcohol! MAN! So I still don't over do it with food but I did find out how easy it was to eat but eat the wrong food and slow down the process of losing weight. This summer I had been yo-yo-ing between 6 pounds for the last month without moving.. When i finally decided okay, I got to get back on track.. things started to move again.. I don't expect to be a 2.. .I don't want to be a 2.. I like the 12.. maybe a 10 would work but I got curves so a 12 will be A okay with me.. 

I know I'm rambling on but for the first time I finally experienced the whole dumping thing.. I ate something and I started cramping so bad that it felt like I was in labor and the doctors and nurses wouldn't give me a epidural.. This last for more than 30mins, screaming in pain, feeling my stomach contract to the point it made me throw up.. I fell asleep afterwards becuz of the exhaust and I swore that I never, ever want to feel that pain again! It was almost unbearable! I kept yelling to my husband to kill me now, kill me now, knock me out.. lololol.. I'm laughing but that pain was no joke and I was always told about it but never experienced it until this weekend and i never will again!

Anyway... I say all that to say.. I am glad I took this step and had the surgery.. I couldn't be more happier with my progress and results. Other than this weekend.. I had the best experience and had no issues at all! I hope u all are doing great! Hang it there!
