Mar 27, 2010Well it has practically been two weeks, and I have lost 13.5 lbs. Not bad eh? Though I think most of it is just water! I have been fairly good at keeping my consumption as such: less than 1,000 calories, below 100 carbs, and 100 protein or more. Today was stressful and I ended up eating a pinch more than I should have, but managed to keep it under 2,000 cals.!
