HI Denise, Congratulations on your new journey toward health and energy! I'm so happy for you and wish you all the best. The most valuable pieces of advice I got right off hand was to sip sip sip and walk walk walk. Take your pain meds when you need them... a chart is helpful to remember everything! Hey Denise, I am so excited for you. I know this last week has to be the toughest to get through. You must be feeling anixous, nervous and excited all at the same time. I want you to know that I am holding you up in my prayers that God will give you a successful surgery and a speedy recovery. And as you shared with me last night I hope this will be the tool that will get you to a healthy lifestyle. Keep the faith and know that God is watching over you and sending a league of Angels to be with Dr. Hutcher as he preforms your surgery. I know you have shared with me that you have complications that will cause your surgery to be longer than the average gastric bypass, but you will come out of this more complete and when all is said and done....you will be on your way to a healthier YOU!!!
