Hey guys I went to the Dr. yesterday she says Im doing very well I said how to you figure that she and I both had to laugh @ that one she said that losing 40lbs in 4 months is great I said oh ok I had to bring myself back down to reality and thank God for what Ive lost thus far and counting she expressed  to me as long as you lose weight @ a slower pase then the longer you can maintain it and also keep it off so Im happy guys and Im almost sure that as long as I do right with my tool,eating and exercise than I can win and I CAN reach my goal within my 1yr bandiversary !!!
