13 amazing weeks have gone by and I am down 66 pounds.  It has been an incredible journey.  I now am in onerland.  I haven't seen a 1 in front of my weight since I was in my 20's.  I have gone through clothes like nothing I would have imagined.  I can wear 20's, 18's and some 16's.  It feels so good.  I go next week for my 3 month check-up.  I am excited! 

Well, I hit my 10 week mark on February 15.  Wow, what a 10 weeks.  I had no idea that I would feel & look this good so fast.  I am down 50 pounds, and have lost of total of 29.25 inches total from my body.  I had to finally go shopping this weekend to buy some clothes, they were literally falling off of me.  I had some 26's but mostly 24 (very tight).  I am now in 22 (very loose) and some 20's.  Thank goodness for the winter clearance sales.  I just can't believe how good I feel.
 

Tomorrow I will be 4 weeks post-op.  I've lost 34 pounds and have not been this weight in over 9 years.  Overall my experience has been good.  I can tolerate, my protein, vitamins and food.  Last week I returned to work and by Saturday I was done.  Worked a full week, 3 basketball games, 1 parent meeting, grocery shopping, laundry, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming, Whew, I was tired.  Have to learn just cause my incisions on the outside are healed the inside is still healing.  I wish I would have thought of this years ago.  I love myself again.

 

Well, I am 9 days post-op and feel really good, I have been going shopping to finish out the Christmas presents.  I think all the walking is helping me bounce back.  Today I had a birthday party to go to with pizza, cake, and ice cream.  Took my little container with my soup and enjoyed the company.  I feel so good right now, I notice the difference in my clothes, and people are noticing too, what an incentive.
