"Dr. Lo is very personable. I really get the feeling that if he did not believe that I was a good candidate for the suregery he would have said a very gental no. His office staff is exceptional especially Janet who has put up with at least 100 phone calls from me with a smile.
Dr. Lo was very upfront about risks of the different surgeries, his concerns regarding my health and level of participation. I have felt comfortable asking him any questions. I know I am in good hands.
The office took care of everything for me including scheduling appointments with the nutritionalist and psycologist that they and insurance require. Those same people will also attend the support group meeting.
