hi everyone this is my journey to a new and healthy me well i stared this journey just a little bit over 6mos ago and I'm very interested in going threw with it. I've been over weight for over 7yrs due to bad eating habits and having kids,I'm a very outgoing persons and i care so much about my kids and my husband i want to be able to run and play with my youngest kids without being tired ,my two daughters are graduating next year and i want to Look great and feel a 100% better........
