where did i go wrong .................

 hey oh family just wanted to come on here to let you all know where i am almost 3yrs out this October . well i think i told you before that i was trying to get myself back on track well alot has happened since then , currently I'm going Thur therapy due to a lot of stress and alcohol abuse and it hasn't been fun at all . i lost track along the way instead of asking  for help in support groups, social media i thought i could do it myself wrong answer know I'm battling with alot  Right know trying to get back on track plus i have gained alot of weight from not doing the right things and I'm super depressed right know i just need some help from you all how can i get this demon off my back .......................
