I'm back from visiting my family and friends in Klamath Falls Oregon. I took the train for the first time and it was nice not to drive all the way there, I meet a lot of great people on the train. It was a great experience. While in K.Falls I was worried about gaining weight but I lost 4 lbs. on vacation which usually I gain weight. Everyone said how good I looked, what a great feeling! I'm feeling a lot better after my surgery but every once in a while I eat something the hurts so bad I want to get sick just to get over the pain of the food I've eaten. Anyone else have this problem?
