I'm only 6 months out from my RNY surgery. I'm down almost 70 lbs and could stand to lose another 20. I find myself slipping into old habits of snacking when I shouldn't! And of course, the snacks aren't healthy ones. I do not want to be one of these people who gains the weight back!!!!! What ideas for protein snacks or avoiding snacks do you have for me? I'm so scared of going back to where I was!!!
