"I called these folks because my samples didn't arrive (major mail problems where I live) and they immediately sent it again. I tried it on fish and it was terrific. I don't like lemon in water but am planning on trying some lemonade made with it and splenda. It does have a great lemon flavor."
"OK. I'm now post-op and very glad that I went with Dr. Chae. He is a top notch surgeon. It was the easiest surgery I've ever gone through and I'm sure it was due to Dr. Chae's expertise. He also will set appointments on Saturdays which is essential for me since it is a 5 hour drive to his office. In my opinion that is just another indication of how much he cares about his patients as people not just surgeries. I'd rate him great on both surgical competence and bedside manner.

Met Dr. Chae on Saturday. He seemed to be as everyone described; knowledgeble, caring, and kind. He explained everything very well including risks and possible outcomes. He requires a bariatric nutrition class beforehand taught by Kelly Elliot (sp) which was very thorough and lasted 5 hours. I'm still pre-op but at this point I would rate him a 10."
