I am 8 years out from surgery for gastric sleeve and total throidectomy .. I have gained 40 pounds back from my lowest weight of 159 .... I can easily stay at 199... it's like my average comfy weig...

1 year out...feeling greatful! - So its been a year.....wow!......a year ago today I had my VSG and cancerous thyroid removed.
I am so greatful.
I have lost 115 pounds and only 10 pounds from my dream goal .......

11 months - Down to 165....almost to my size 10 goal...fit size 12 perfect...not to tight...not to loose. Started this Journey at 278...AMAZING!!! Feel and look great!!!
