Hoping to have sleeve very soon!!!

Well here I am again, 43 yrs old, have been a nurse for 16 yrs now, have been overweight since age 5. My parents started taking my to doctors at age 7. Weight has been a long, long battle for me............... here I am 43 yrs old I weigh 362 pounds, i have lost 60 pounds in a year!!  I am  on a walker, I can not do anything!!! I have never had health problems until I was at a patient's home last year, I worked for home health in Louisiana and I feel in a patient yard on cememt blocks and hit my knee on the driveway............. and have been unable to work since!! I tried 8 yrs ago to have RNY was denied by insurance for 6 yrs. I will be getting a settlement from workman's comp next month, hopefully I will get enough to have the sleeve done!! This is my last hope, both of my knees are bone to bone, I can not have knee replacements until I am 50!!! ................ I can not walk, I can not shop, I can not clean my own house, I can't do anything.................. LOL I can sit in a chair and cook!!! LOL Please anyone who reads this keep mein your prayers!!! I hope to have surgery before December 09 with Dr. Aceves!! I have already talked with Nina, she seems very sweet and concerned!!
