"The staff was extremely nice, patient, willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable. Kept my family up to date of my care. I can't say enough positive things about the nurses in PACU, OR, Recovery & 2500! I was extremely nervous & they did their best to put me at ease. They explained everything they were doing to calm my fears. The only problem that I came across was Housekeeping. It supposedly took them 5 hours to clean the room I was being transferred to. Their excuse was "shift change." The nurses did their best to keep my comfortable & to keep me & my family abreast of the situation."
