It has been too long since I have been here....I needed to be ...but things (surgeries, DEPRESSION, life among other things) got in the way. I have been good to myself in the sense that  I have not neglected by diet, vitamins, supplements etc. I have been out of work for about a year....I have had 3 surgeries, two on my shoulder, and perforated ulcer in my pouch!! that was scary for me and Dr. G.!!  So far this year I have had 2 EGD's the last one on 3/4/09 and today 3/6/09 I had an epidural back injection. I do start back to work on a part time basis on monday. Hopefully everything will go smoothly and  I will be able to transition back to full time work!
I feel I have let down myself, my family, my husband and esp my kids!!
Time to pull myself up by the bootstraps and tackle life!!
