frustrated - From new years to my Oct 10 surgery date,  I lost 37 lbs. Since my surgery date, I lost another 22 lbs.  Went from size 24 down to 20.    I still feel like I am still a size 24....

Ricotta cheese - I am  now allowed to have eggs, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, baby meat.  HOW can I use the ricotta cheese?  I'm used to having it in with stuffed shells and lasagna..
