Hey everyone
It's been a while since I updated. I'm still losing but at a slower pace. My weight is now 210 pounds (first time since the 1970's) down 79 pounds since surgery.
and my BMI is down to 31. I'm currently out 5.5 months from surgery
and I feel great. WLS is the best thing I ever did !!!!!

Had scheduled check up with my PCP March 3, 2007
She stopped all my remaining medications. This was my number one goal going into surgery, Yea me !
