hi my name is Deborah ...i am 35 yrs old! I have been over weight for the last..basically my whole life ! I like many of u have tried so many different diets, from pills,shakes weight watchers.. u name i ve done it! the problem wasn't losing 40 pounds..it was keeping it off!! and then what happens, u gain those plus another 20 or so pounds ... i decided this yr was my time! time to take care of myself..I'm always there taking care of my hubby and son who are my whole world and I would do anything for...so if i m doing this for ME, i must be doing it for them as well... i wanna be around to play with my son he is only 17 months... i swear i didn't even know i got so big! after talking to my husband a few million times and then my Dr ..i started this process April 1, 2010 2 months later thank god i had my lap band surgery!
i never would have been able to have to courage to do this w/o my husband and the support i have had! and i love this site.. I hope to be supportive and any help i can be to anyone going through all of this!!
