DK35
I wasn't overweight as a child, if anything I was extremely skinny. I was very tall and reached a height of 5'4" by the 6th grade. I weighed around 100 pounds. The only thing is, now I'm 41 and I am still 5'4." When I was in high school I weighed around 135, but the doctor I was seeing put me on a low calorie diet and said I should weigh around 120. That was the start of me trying to stave myself. I was able to stay around 130 until my freshmen year of college and I got up to 160 and then I joined the Army Reserves my sophomore year and got down to 119 while in basic training. I was 22 years old. I served for 11 years and was kicked out because I weighed 148 and I was supposed to weigh 132. I did develop heal spurs and I gained around 90 pounds in one summer because I was bedridden after the surgery. I was still in my twenty's. I was able to loose that weight with slimfast. I married at the age of 32, I weighed around 150. I put on some weight after I got married, but when my best friend died when he was only 30 I really gained a lot. I think my highest was 350. I lost some weight with WW. Then I had my first son and got back up to 330. I went on Body for Life and lost around 90 pounds and then got pregnant with my second son. I didn't want to weigh 350 again. I remember going to restaurants and having to ask for a chair without arms so I could fit. I remember having to use the handicapped stall in public restrooms so I could fit. I have gained and lost close to 100 pounds at least twice, that is why I decided to get a VG. This time I'm going to get down to 135 and I'm not going to gain it back.
