the tornado warning last night was really wierd

today is my 6th day of being caffiene-free. The first two days were pure hell. Major headaches. But now things are so cool. I can still wake up in the morning unassisted. Maybe I'll continue this way. 6th day of liquids and minus 10 pounds. I was amazed! Saw Dr. Verseman today. What a hero. He will steer me to a better life!!
Upper GI-no fun. Barium is not my kind of breakfast....

I love coffee. I love it so much, I always have wanted to be a barista! If two psychologists can make a coffee place work, I certainly can be a barista suprema at Starbucks
This morning I had my first decaf latte. It felt empty. Even the barista, who knows what I like was surprised.

I am hooked on coffee. I grew up on it as it was the German thing to do. I was thinking about this on my ride to Ann Arbor this morning with my latte (Starbucks-of course) thinking about all of this. This is the hardest thing yet. The clock is ticking down to my liquid fast on Thursday and the caffiene has got to go....
I never thought I could give up Diet Coke, but I haven't had one in 4 months....
Tomorrow is support group, maybe I should bring it up.
I saw a really cool blender at Williams Sonoma, but it was expensive.Christmas gift?

I watch that show and I don't know if I love it or hate it. It seems that a group of "skinnies" berate a bunch of poor pathetic obese people by reminding them constantly about their caloric intake. The people whine if they "only loose in the single digits. Does everything revolve around numbers? What is going on in their mind? Do they have self-esteem? Are they in a bad relationship? Do they ever address this in the show-noooo.
But I keep watching it

I will be getting a blender- the magic bullet is on sale at Kohl's this week and I have a 30% of coupon. YIPPEE!

I'm so happy to be a part of the looser society. I got my date last week after the most wonderful Gwen called me and told me tha my insurance company had approved it. If she wasn't on the other side I would have kissed her!!!
Part of me says OMG!!! It's happening and I need to start lookig into proteins and blenders and stuff. I wonder about the holidays.
I'm so glad that Jack is supportive!!!
