It has been awhile!

It has been a long while since I have posted and I just want to say that I will be continuing to update my profile. I have some new pics to share! I'm still trudging along to that goal I have set for myself but I have reached the goal that my doc has set for me. Holding here at 205!!! whoohoo!!! I still need to start exercising. Our job does the pedometer thing with Virgin Healthmiles but I need to do more than that. I need to tone all this jelly up! LOL. Have had some problems along the way with my back and hips. Recently I found out (after all this time) that my L5 disc is deteriorated causing inflammation in my lower back and I have sacroilitis (inflammation of the sacroilittic joint) and that's making my hips hurt. Last week I had sacroilitic injections and I have been doing great with minor aches since but have not been in extreme pain like I was. So working on that!!
 I will post my pics as they come available. I've just recently taken some formal pics with my daughter ( i think I have a pic of her on here) and I'm a future grandmother ( just call me Nana). and all I can say is that I'm so blessed!
