Wow I am now at 149.  I have been wearing a size 8 pants and now I need size medium tops.

At my 3 month check last week the doctor said everything looks really good.  all my labs were great.

My PCP has already taken me off one of my BP meds and now wants me to stop my Cholesterol med.  He will check my numbers again in 3 mos.  My Total Cholesterol was 155  and my triglycerides were 119 that is half of what they used to be.

I just cant believe how great I feel.
