I am a 19 year girl from a small but crowed town in central VA. I have been overweight my whole life and after years of trying I settled and thought I would stay like this forever. Until I saw a commercial for lap band, and I just got this feeling, that this was meant for me. I have always been shy, because of this depression from years of being teased and joked on. But, I am claiming my life back. I am in school to become a Registered Nurse, and soon, very soon my WLS will start the beginning of my new life.
