I walked in to my ob'gyn's office for my yearly check up and stepped on her scale and it read 250#.
She walked in and took my hand and looked at me straight in the eyes and said "Now we have to do something about your weight". It was her compassion, and the sincere look in her eye that almost made me break-down.  She has been talking to me about my weight for the past 10 years.  I have such a high respect for her that it melted my heart the she had to say that to me.  At that moment, I was determined to face my fear and get real
