Its been quite too long!!!!

Hey everyone....hope all is well.....it's been way too long and I need to learn all of the updates in the improved system - Actually....tough year and glad it is over!!!  Things starting to come together now and ready to get on with my WLS - I had alot of blood work done last week as well as chest xrays & ekg....have appt on Wed with a new Dr. @ Kaiser and hope to get things moving along -Finally my turn to take care of myself and get moving - I've wasted sooooooooooooooo much time....but until I got my money house in order....i could not focus on losing the needed wt to get WLS. 

This is going to be my year to succeed and I sure hope to be chatting with all of you again like we had been.    Sooooo. drop me a note and words of advice and encourement as I'm going down this road again....But...this time I will make it to the finish line and get on the losers side like the rest of my OH friends (I hope you are still out there for me??) I need to get back on track and stay there and need all of your help and support - thanks for listening and send me a shout if you get a chance!!
