Focus for the First Week of January.

Happy 2017.   Today is January 2.  I really have a hard time sticking to my nutritional plan on Janurary 1, so I start January 2.  I did make concious decisions about what I did eat.  We had a pot luck after church yesterday.  I made sure I limited myself to what i put on my plate. 

I have been reflecting on some things/ways to go back to the basics.  Simple things I haven't been doing.  One of those things is chewing my food and eating slow.  Focus for first week of January - Chew my food more and eat slowly.
