Yesterday was weigh in day

Down 2.4lbs. Happy Happy Happy. 13lbs until I reach my first goal. I stayed right at 1000 calories today and went to the gym, despite still having a slight headache. Next weighin day is next Thursday. Really Really hoping/working towards being down 4lbs. Lofty goal, I know, but that would put me in the next level - 20x's.
I have been focusing on chewing my food more and eating slowly. That has been a good focus and a big help.
Next week's focus - strenght training. The guym I go to has a 30minute circut room. I will do the machines in there 3 days next week in addition to the treadmill. On days I don't go to the gym, I will work on my hand weights here at home.
