OKAY....NOW WHAT??!!??

I finally broke down and called OSU insurance specialist yesterday to find out what the heck was taking so long.  Why haven't I heard from the surgery department to set me up with an appointment with the surgeon?

Turns out, the insurance specialist didn't have my file.  She said she sent it onto "Kathleen" who should have called me.  She promptly got rid of me by sending my call to "Kathleen."  The phone rang and rang and rang and rang.

Finally, "Kathleen" picks up and answers.  I explained who I was, what I needed and she DID NOT have my file.  **Big Sigh**
{Do I REALLY want these people cutting me open and rearranging my insides?????  They might not be able to find everything}

She said she'd call Tanya, the insurance specialist, and find my file and call me in the morning.  That was supposed to be this morning.  She never called.  AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH!

DO I REALLY WANT THESE PEOPLE RE-ARRANGING MY INSIDES?????  They can't keep a simple phone call straight, let alone my file!!!   I'm so peeved.  FU*K  FU*K  FU*K!!!   Om...om....om...om....

IIf Kathleen" does not call tomorrow morning, I suppose I'm going to have to call her.  Why does this take so GD long???
