It's been 2 years since my wls, and I feel great. I have been maintaing my weight loss, trying my best to continue to eat right and working out. I have just started going back to school working on my Bachelor's Degree in social work.

WoW....it's getting close to 2 years since my wls, I feel great. I have no regrets about having the surgery. I hear alot of people say that once you hit your 2 year mark, that you have to start maintaing the weight loss. My goals are to try and keep this weight off. Two years ago I weighed 279.0 lbs, and I felt miserable. I just can not imagine going back. I've joined this website...looking for support from others who have had the surgery, to help keep me grounded....
