I am finally ready to do something for me and make a positive difference in my life. I have always strived to be a good friend, a good daughter, a good sister, a good wife, a good mother and now I want to be good to me!! I have worked hard to achieve my goals. I bought a house on my own, married the love of my life after 7 years of waiting, and finally adopted two babies after struggling with years of infertility. Now, I need to get healthy and create a lifestyle for me that can help me maintain it.
I want this for me, and just for me. I want to feel good about the way I look and feel in my own skin and have a good relationship with my body.
