Dear Donna I have the Realize Band I got mine almost a year I was 68 when I got Mine and so far I have lost 30 lbs. I was 327 lbs now I am 298 and I feel good . From bootsie angel or Ruth Rowe. Good Luck with yours. and God Bless .
