"My first impression of Dr Shram was that he was very pleasant, sweet, gentle and kind. I only met him before surgery. The office staff are amazing and truly care about everyone. I didnt find not one thing negative about Dr Shram at all. He answered any questions i had about my aftercare as well. And talk about an aftercare program, all i can say about that is in my opinion, its the best out there and if i had to do it over again, i would not have chose to go anywhere or see anyone else other than Dr Shram. I was fully aware of any and all risks but i felt safe because i have such a knowledgable Surgeon, i would rate him a 100 out of a 100. As for what is better, either surgical competence or bedside manners, i would perfer to have both, but would like my surgeon to be abit more competent on his surgical skills yet still have the bedside manners, which my doctor has both. I couldnt have had a better experience, ohh and he prayed with me before surgery which is why i was so at ease."
