One Year Anniversary!

Today I celebrate one year since surgery. I went for my check up last week and everything was good. Today I have lost 112 lbs., with 23 to goal. It has been a good journey and I appreciate all my friends on the board and it's been fun doing this together! The year has really gone by fast, it's hard to believe, but it has been a good year! I love my RNY and wouldn't hestiate to recommend it to anyone. I haven't had any problems yet, and hope I don't! I wonder what it is going to be like a year from now. I hope I can get some plastics done, cause the loose skin is bad, to me, it's something I didn't really think about before. It hangs everywhere! I think I thot I would only need a tummy tuck, but I need a body tuck!Before I wore size 2x & 3X and now I can wear size 12's and large -medium clothes. So the bargains I got last summer clearance should fit me now! The weight is coming off really slow, but I am satisfied, and don't fret when the scale isn't moving. I did that alot in the beginning, but it will come off!
Last nite I went to dinner with my sister, and when I told her how much I weighed, she BOO HOOED and said, "When is the last time you weighed less than me?" She has always been slim, now I'm slimmer!!! It's a great feeling!!!!! I've had alot of support from my family and DH has really helped me along the way. He says I look like the young, skinny thing he married! Now, that makes me feel good!
