One Year!

I'm one year out and I can't believe it!
It's been a really great ride! I feel amazing and I must say I think I look pretty good to!
I love that food is NOT what I am any more! I eat what my little tummy can hold and I'm done!
It feels so good to not think about eating day and night.
I have free time for other things in my life now...my husband told me last night I have a new confidence and that I'm happier.
I know these things and I'm glad it shows. I was so scared a year ago...I wanted surgery but I was so worried.
Now I'm so glad my friend Kathy was there to help me with my nerves...because without her I'm not sure I would have been so "brave". She's doing great to...down 100lbs and a size 6-8. I'm a 4-6 size and it feels great. I see something I like in the stores and I remember Oh, I could wear that now!
I'm only about 5 feet tall so being smaller really shows...I'm not a wide. More petite now.....thank you OH and all the wonderful people here that were so supportive....this is a wonderful site to gather info and support.
