I done something today that I haven't done since I was in high school, which was over 20 yrs. ago. I ran bleachers or walked run with my 12 yr. old. Couldn't of done that last yr.  We'll see how I feel tomorrow....

I weigh 228. Oh my gosh!!  haven't weighed this little in 12 years. (I took diet pills and lost over 40 lbs. and got pregant 12 yrs ago)Tried and tried diets and failed.  It's been over 23 yrs. since I weighed less than 228. I've prayed and wished for this to happen, now with the help of my new tool it's gonna happen. So ready for new clothes.........

Today is my birthday. I've lost 50 lbs. at 3 months out. Not as much as  wanted to lose. Sometimes I wish I could be like others who have lost alot more at 3 months. But I guess God is doing what is best for me. I thank him daily for letting me have this surgery. Will be glad when the weather warms up, and we can get outside more......Till summer..........

Went to the urgent care center today. I have some pain on my right side under my rib cage. The dr. said that it was my intestines. That I have some air trapped on my right side. Just can't beleive that my intestines are that high up.  It hurts to roll over at night, feels like something is swollen in there.

It's the new year, wonder what it will bring???? I got some food stuck today, guess I need to lay off the beef, I can eat hamburger and it doesn't bother me, but any other beef hurts me to eat it. Chicken and fish is okay, no problems. But I really love steak, guess I can't have everything... Haven't felt good this week, so I haven't been walking, and that means no weight lose. I go back to work on Monday, been off 2 months. Wonder how that's gonna work out. Good thing I'm only cooking potato soup, yuck!! Won't be nibbling...

Well I'm out 7 wks. and only lost 35 lbs. and lost 4" around my waist. I'm not giving up!!  Does anyone recommend anything??

Hey I done 30 lbs. at 4 1/2 wks. don't know if it's good or bad? I'm starting to feel better. But my back hurts like crazy.

Well I'm at a stand still. Down 26 Lbs. Don't know what I'm doing wrong. I drink as much water as I can, try, try and try to eat like I supposed to.

Well I made it through today. One of the hardest days ever.  Sometimes, I wonder if  I made a mistake. Everyone says hang in there that it will get easier. I know I overate today. What can I do about it now?  I feel horrible.  This is not what I had this surgery for. I want to healthy, but I can't get my mind on the same page as my stomach.

Well, my surgery has been post poned. I have a bacteria infection in my stomach. The one that could cause an ulcer after surgery. So my surgery is now on Nov. 11th. God is watching over me....
